Job Description

To manage the supply of products to customers, making sure there are adequate materials to ensure steady production and product delivery to customers. They monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast problems. Organize and schedule customer deliveries and track production volume in purchasing expectations to ensure the correct number of products and manufacturing material is always available . Determine material specifications required for production and ensure that material. meet quality standard and cost efficiency criteria. To optimize inventory, minimize costs, and maintain smooth operations within the supply chain. Create and maintain inventory schedules to in ERP (Microsoft Dynamic 365 preferred) to monitor usage rate and stock level and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials. Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and finished products. Manage any schedule changes or cancellations. Work closely with internal departments (such as production, procurement, and logistics) to align material availability with production schedules. Prepare cost estimates related to materials & Generate performance reports to evaluate material planning effectiveness. Defining inventory policy according to this segmentation and minimizing the late backlog tracking root cause and leading recovery plan. Monitoring the purchase order backlog and perform regular expediting activities with internal and external suppliers. Establishing and sharing best practices for operations , planning , inventory management and resource management. Compiling and sending regular reports to business leader on planning & fulfillment performance. Identifying non-performance and drive improvement initiatives, ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of material necessary for production. Skills - Knowledge of EMS manufacturing processes, material planning, Production planning and control.
