3D Printing Application Engineer @ Staffing Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking creative and enterprising engineers to join our rapidly expanding team and lead the advancement of 3D printing for mass production of metal components. On-Site Full-Time Roles & Responsibility Work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver high-quality solutions (design, prototypes, etc) advancing customers through learning cycles and manufacturing qualification stages. Guide development of each product from initial proof of concept into high-volume production. Partner with business development/sales executives to serve as the primary technical point of contact and project manager for multiple concurrent projects with world-class OEMs. Define and align customer requirements, develop a timeline and resource plan to meet the requirements, and drive execution. Partner with applications development lab engineering team to produce customer samples. Prepare technical reports and presentations to summarize results and status. Become an expert in. Metal 3D printing technology and manufacturing process and relevant post processing methods, including its advantages relative to competing additive technologies and conventional manufacturing methods. Maintain up-to-date situational awareness on the status of mature and emerging manufacturing technologies
