Job Description

As a Technical Trainer you will:

• Devise specialized technical training programs aligned with organizational requirements.
• Develop comprehensive training schedules and class agendas.
• Determine course content in accordance with established guidelines and industry best practices.
• Create and prepare training materials such as presentations, worksheets, and other resources.
• Maintain accurate records and report data on completed courses.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Training.
• Proficiency in the programming languages like C#, OOPS with Python (or) JAVA.
• Strong understanding of databases, particularly SQL.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jquery. Proficiency in C#, OOPS, SQL, Python (ReactJs will be considered an added advantage).
• Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.
• Familiarity or certification in Salesforce - Admin, and PD1 will be advantageous.
• Technical language certifications will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with public speaking in front of groups.
• Completion of Train the Trainer (TTT) courses will be considered an added advantage.
