Salary: 35,000-40,000 per month
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7.00 PM
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad.
Working Days: 5 Days (Mon Fri)
Employment Type: Full-Time

If you have a background in Electrical/Electronics & Communication Engineering, experience in the Lighting industry, and enjoy presenting training sessions or speaking to teams, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a Product Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting the entire product lifecyclefrom concept and design to production and post-launch support. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, technical support, and project management, to ensure high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands. In addition to your technical responsibilities, youll have opportunities to present training sessions, lead discussions with internal teams, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, has a creative eye for product design, and enjoys engaging with others through presentations and team interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Production Teams: Ensure seamless communication between departments and track production progress.
- Contribute to Product Design: Work closely with designers to refine product functionality, aesthetics, and user experience. Provide input on emerging technologies and design trends that could enhance product offerings.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct sample testing and quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Support Product Launches: Assist in planning and executing successful product introductions, including preparing and delivering training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on technological advancements that could influence future product iterations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of product specifications, test results, and reports.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, assess competitive products, and provide insights to guide product development strategies.
- Training & Presentations: Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge needed to support new products. Comfortably present information to small and large groups, adapting your communication style as needed.
What Were Looking For:
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with product design software (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for technology and design.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Lighting industry.
- Background in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, product design, or innovation.
- Experience in delivering training sessions or public speaking is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
