Job Description:

  • Managing a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Executive and achieve the team target
  • Having daily team huddles and ensure the team is moving in alignment with the set goals
  • Build Rapport with team and provide Motivation, Support and Direction to the team to achieve their individual sales targets
  • Provide training/guidance/mentorship to team members
  • Ensure the Sales team members adhere to the policies and maintain team discipline.
  • Training new Joinees with the Process/Product knowledge and the Sales Training
  • Driving the Sales numbers to Achieve the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Target
  • Generating Leads and Training team on Lead generation, Lead Analysis and train team to become effective resources to be able to contribute independently.
  • Handling Escalations and Critical closures
  • Ensure the Performance metrics is dully filled for each team member on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide feedback to team members based on Performance Score and Coach for improvement and achieve tangible performance growth of the tea member.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as Team Lead, managing a minimum team size of 10 to 15 International Sales Executives
  • Experience in International Sales (either Australia, US or UK)
  • Good Team management and Motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to Sales Management Software/tools
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Shift: Early Morning/Australian shift 6:30 am to 3:30am)

Work Location: Domlur (Near Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road), Bangalore.
