Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Maintaining all the medically required statutory records.
2.Time to time tracking of the medicine inflow and outflow of the total stock including first aid supply.
3.Periodical training and awareness covering all the employees related to general health, food habit, health and hygiene.
4.Periodical checking of pregnant women and physically handicap employees.
5.Any emergency medical cases to be referred to the ESI hospitals and need based closest hospitals to their respective units and ensuring the life and safeguarding their health aspects.
6.Visits on the shop floor, to interact and checking the general health conditions of the employees.
7.Conducting refresher training to employees.
8.Visiting dormitories periodically in consultation with unit HR Manager.

Qualification - MBBS
Experience - 0 - 5years
