Job Description
Operational Responsibilities
- Requires interacting with UK hospital staff / secretaries with respect to the Specialty of the Specialists and their consultation availabilities / Book Appointments
- Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targets
- A key member of the Outbound Process
- To achieve productivity targets with respect to processing guidelines as per the pre-agreed norms
- To adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirements are met as per the target
Education and Experience
- Graduate / post-graduate degree
- A good hold over the English Vocabulary & Fluency in Language
- Preferable to have experience in Inbound/Outbound Calling

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
- Ability to handle process escalations, identify issues and risks and propose resolution

Technical Competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required
- Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications
Language Skills
- English - speaking, reading and writing
