Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Review medical records, summarize diagnoses, and prepare LTD claim documents.
Manage claims processing from intake to payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries.
