Educational Qualification- Graduation Completed (not pursuing/dropout/12th)

Division: E-commerce
Role: Seller Support/KAM

Experience: At least 6 months - 1 year in e-commerce seller/supplier/customer support process (Excellent Spoken English & Hindi Skills) [VOICE]

Job Responsibilities -

• Responsible for end-to-end Seller Account Management.
• Ability to manage allocated sellers and drive GMV, Listings, Promotions, Inventory, and Geographic expansion.
• Seller Escalation Management understands and solves seller problems.
• Educating sellers on clients' product/process/policy know-how.
• Plan and drive key business initiatives across sellers to enhance seller health.

Location- WORK FROM OFFICE (Kolkata)

Days- 6 days (Sunday off)

Shift- General 9 hours (no rotational)

**WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY**

Employment- 12 months contractual (no bond, performance basis)

Salary-

Kolkata - up to 18,000 in hand (As per last drawn salary)
