We are looking for a proactive Import & Export Assistant who would be a key figure in supporting the financial function of a business.
About the Job
- Booking of transport of standard orders, documents, manuals etc.
- Execute correct shipping documentation in accordance with receiving country demand
- Execute correct shipping documentation in accordance with Letter of Credit
- Following up on shipments according to Incoterms
- Invoicing of standard orders
- Booking of FCA shipments ad-hoc (import and domestics)
- Approval of freight invoices and filing of documents
- Export documentations, logistics co-ordination, invoicing, Follow up and co-ordination with Freight forwarder, CHA internal and external customers. Reports and records, EDPMS docs submission to bank etc.
