Role: Design Coordinator

Experience: 3-8 Years

Education: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Full time)

Location: Worli

Industry: Should be from Real Estate/Construction.

Role Objective:

• Perform constructive review of Structural / Architectural / Builders work drawings to ensure that all details are available and raising RFIs / Queries for missing details and additional detail requirement
• Coordination with various consultants such as Structural consultant, Design architects & MEP consultants and in house team for timely delivery of coordinated VFC drawings to site.
• Coordination with contractors and follow-ups for shop drawings submission, construction proposals, method statements submittals.
• Regular follow-up with consultant for timely closure of RFIs and Design Submittals
• Oversee Design progress against Design Deliverable schedule and site requirement
• Assist in preparing alternative design proposals / Temporary works design
• Site visit as & when required to resolve the issues & queries related to execution and for checking of RCC works as per design & drawings issued by consultant
• Preparing Agenda and MOM for the weekly meetings of consultants and contractors
• Administer drawing management system (DMS) with proper maintaining of latest /superseded soft copy drawings in the server and ensuring Hard copy VFC dwgs are issued to contractors and site team.
