Business Analyst JD
Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business users, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Support Projects: Support the customers with daily support tickets/ requests, create tickets, assign them to the support team, look after the closure of those tickets, update customers about it, and send weekly updates to the customers.
- Work on Roadmap of In-house Products: ACC has multiple in-house products and as a BA you have to work on creating the roadmap of those products, adding new features, doing research on it, and assigning those tasks to the team, rolling out phase-wise delivery of those features, giving a demo to the team/ customers etc. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage POCs: As a BA you have to manage the Proof of Concepts (POC) projects which includes giving demos to the customers, sharing the product-related documentation and prerequisite with the customer, getting the required access for team members, looking after deployment of the product and demonstrating it to the customer.
- Collaborate with stakeholders/ customers to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring they are understandable and actionable for the development team.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the developed solution meets the defined requirements.
- A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to prioritize and make informed decisions based on customer needs and business goals.
- Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in change management efforts by providing training and support to end-users during the implementation of new processes or systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels is a must.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and use cases.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.Role & responsibilities
