Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

• Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers residential building projects for clients
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
• Plans and programs layout of projects for client review and approval.
• Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
• Produces construction documents in AutoCAD or Sketchup
• Interface with vendor and project managers
• Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

Architect Qualifications / Skills:

• Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge of Autocad is a must. Sketchup is bonus
• Education and Experience
• Bachelors, masters degree or diploma in architecture from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of architectural experience
