Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design:
Design creative, practical, and technically sound solutions for business requirements.Balance technology choices, costs, and timelines to achieve optimal results.
- Functional & Business Process Expertise:
Provide functional and business process expertise during SAP EWM implementation projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
- End-to-End Implementation:
Lead and support end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and rollouts.Guide teams through the full lifecycle of SAP EWM projects, from initial requirements gathering to go-live.
- Workshops & Documentation:
Conduct workshops for requirements gathering and documentation.Prepare functional specifications, swimlane diagrams, cardinality diagrams, test scenarios, and other necessary documentation.
- Integration Knowledge:
Lead integration efforts between SAP EWM and external systems such as SAP MFS, proprietary control systems, SAP PCo, ABAP Push Channels, SAP ECC, QM, PP, and TM.EWM Configuration:Configure various aspects of SAP EWM, including RF, Pick by Voice, ITS server communication, barcode label printing, etc.
- EWM Architecture & Deployment:
Provide expertise in EWM deployment options, S/4HANA conversion for migration from WM to EWM, and understanding of SAP's roadmap.Knowledge of SAP Modules:Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, function modules, PPFs, Warehouse Monitoring, and Analytics, and familiarity with FIORI apps.
- Warehouse Processes:
In-depth understanding of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.Experience in labor and resource management, dock appointment scheduling, yard management, batch and serial number management, POSC, LOSC, waves, WOCRs, and handling units.
- Master Data & Cutover:
Manage and ensure the accuracy of master data and cutover planning for smooth transition during implementations.
