Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive (Assamese Speaking) to handle inbound calls for a leading domestic voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls in Assamese and provide accurate information and solutions.

• Resolve queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain call records and follow communication guidelines.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Adhere to process compliance and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Assamese (spoken) is mandatory.

• Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English are an added advantage.

• Good listening skills and the ability to handle calls politely and professionally.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: UG/Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: Freshers to 1 year in a customer-facing role
