Job Description
- Track launch plan timing that ensures success for the project.
- Lead logistics project planning sessions
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
- Ensuring all projects and milestones meet deadlines.
- Implement and track all new product launches, including management systems, change management and lineside delivery.
- Work cross functionally to develop and implement robust logistics operating processes.
- Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization s operations, which include Logistics, Transportation Management, Inventory Management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
- Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
- Identify training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.
