Job Description

The IT-Finance Applications organization is responsible for design, development, and support of IT applications for Seagate Finance organization. We are strategic partners to Seagate business in leveraging IT solutions for business transformation.

About the role - you will:

Design, define and wide use the applications that supports finance.
Enhance the effectiveness of the ERP and related applications.
Plan, coordinate, and direct all activities related to the development and management of applications that enhance business operations and associated back-office systems.
Work closely with decision makers in Finance organization and IT cross-functional teams to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
Collaborate with in-house and 3rd party development team members.

About you:

Strong experience with building and supporting SAP applications.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, multi-geography teams.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to deliver high value projects.
Knowledgeable in Finance processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication to technical, non-technical audiences, and senior management.

Your experience includes:

Must have IT experience in supporting finance applications.
Hand-on experince in SAP Finance (Must).
SAP Implementation experience
Strong expertise in one of the SAP Finance Sub Modules General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Controlling
Deep understanding of SAP Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables Process.
Knowledge of Group Reporting/Consolidations
