Job Description
Synechron is looking for Sr. ML Engineer(Gen AI) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance products and services
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy machine learning systems at scale
- Your expertise in machine learning algorithms, software engineering, and data science will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions
- Algorithm Development: Research, design, and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities
- Apply advanced techniques in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning as appropriate
- Data Preparation and Feature Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into a suitable format for model training and evaluation
- Perform feature selection, extraction, and engineering to enhance model performance and robustness
- Model Training and Evaluation: Train, validate, and optimize machine learning models using large-scale datasets
- Implement best practices for model evaluation, validation, and hyperparameter tuning to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
- Deployment and Integration: Deploy machine learning models into production environments, integrating them with existing systems, applications, and workflows
- Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to automate model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of deployed machine learning models, analyzing metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Continuously optimize models to adapt to changing data distributions, user behavior, and business requirements
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and success criteria
- Communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to non-technical audiences
- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related fields
- Experiment with new algorithms, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and enhance the company's competitive advantage
