: * Sagar Developer is seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Accountant Manager to join our team. As the Chief Accountant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial activities and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Responsibilities: * 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. 2. Supervise a team of accountants and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. 3. Prepare and analyses financial statements, reports, and forecasts. 4. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. 5. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance. 6. Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. 7. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. 8. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance. 9. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. 10. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to accounting staff to promote professional development and ensure high performance. 11. Manage TDS, GST, and all other activity related to Direct and Indirect Taxation Requirements:* 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar role, with at least 15 years of experience in a managerial position. 3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent leadership and communication skills. 6. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills & Tally. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. 8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 9. Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
