Job Description

• o Individual contributor role - No management experience required.
• o Mandatory - hands on C#and Java, Microservices, WCF, Web API, MSSQL
• o Good to have- RabbitMq/Kafka, MongoDB

Summary of the role

• Are you looking for a technically challenging role? then we ve one for you. We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to design and execute our platform migration from monolithic to microservice based architecture. In this role you ll / Your main responsibilities
• You ll be responsible for redesigning the application from present monolithic architecture to microservices based architecture, in the most efficient and scalable way.
• You ll be owning the application migration from current platform to data driven streaming platform.

About the ideal candidate

• The ideal candidate will be someone who has a background in designing, developing & deploying microservices.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors / master s degree in engineering.
• 5 years of experience in analysis, design, development of software systems in C# and /or JAva
• Experience in Airline domain is a plus

Technical Skillset

• Strong Design & Coding experience in .NET Framework using OOPS Concepts, SOLID Principles and Design Patterns.
• Hands on experience in .NET Framework or .NET Core, C#,Java, springboot, ASP .NET, SQL Server, ADO .NET/ORM, Web Services and WCF.
• Solid understanding in SCRUM Agile Development Process and Agile Values & Principles.
• Good knowledge in Source Control Management using GIT.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Experience in migrating monolithic application to microservice will be a plus
• Experience with NoSQL DBs. Couchbase, MongoDB will be a plus
• Experience in any Message Queue, RabbitMq/Kafka knowledge will be a plus
• Exposure to OpenShift, Docker + Kubernetes will be a plus
• Good understanding of NFRs
• Good understanding of CICD
