Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Data Syndication Specialist to manage the preparation, processing, and distribution of product data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills in Excel, experience with SFTP, and the ability to create and follow process documentation. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and efficient syndication of product data to external partner systems.

Job Description
Develop, maintain and create templates for the product data input into manual system and output for product data syndication channels
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather additional data requirements, create new template for data input/output, and add any additional formula or data manipulation logic to generate the required output for syndication purposes.
Develop, maintain, and follow process documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy in data syndication workflows.
Ability to review the input dataset from stakeholders and validate/report any gaps
Prepare, format, and validate product data for syndication using tools such as Microsoft Excel to start with.
Write and troubleshoot Excel formulas, functions, and data manipulations (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, and PivotTables).
Manage secure file transfers (SFTP) for uploading and downloading product data files to partners.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in data syndication processes, resolving errors promptly.
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing thorough checks and audits.
Ability to work in global environment and support PST Time zone in realtime.

Required Skills Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and formatting.
Experience with SFTP tools (e.g., FileZilla, WinSCP) for secure file transfers.
Ability to write, update, and follow detailed process documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with structured data files (e.g., XLS, CSV).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must understand product related dataset.
Must have a flexible attitude to adapt
Have around 3 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with product data management systems or syndication tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data query languages (a plus).
Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or content management systems.
