Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Networking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Pre-Sales Networking Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, designing customized solutions, and engaging with customers to address their networking requirements.

Key Responsibilities :- 

  1. Technical Consultation: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on networking solutions that meet their requirements.
  2. Solution Design: Design comprehensive networking architectures that are scalable, secure, and aligned with customer objectives, considering factors such as performance, reliability, and compliance.
  3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our networking product portfolio, staying updated on the latest features, advancements, and industry trends.
  4. Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our networking solutions to potential customers.
  5. Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals, bids, and technical documentation, ensuring that solutions are accurately scoped and effectively communicate value to customers.
  6. Proof of Concept: Lead the planning and execution of proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed networking solutions in real-world scenarios.
  7. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and technical resource for all networking-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and support, to address customer feedback, resolve technical issues, and drive product enhancements.
  9. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the networking space, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, with expertise in networking technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, architectures, and technologies, including but not limited to TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and attend industry events as required.
