We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with technical teams and the wider business to capture requirements for SMEs and help us build high-quality processes
It is a technology-agnostic role; you will work across our technology estate, from our IT chatbot to our Identity Governance platform
What you will do
Capture requirements, which can be translated into actionable user stories for the technical teams.
Ensure processes and requirements are unambiguous, testable, measurable, and articulated to allow the technical team to propose, estimate, construct, and deliver appropriate solutions.
Lead requirements gathering activities, including translating business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and systems interaction diagrams.
Model current and future state business processes and ask questions needed to fully understand business objectives and elicit/refine complex business requirements necessary to achieve them.
Analyze and understand our core ITSM processes, identifying problems and improvements.
Define and document virtual agent/chatbot workflows.
Work with process owners to improve our processes.
What you will bring
Knowledge or hands-on experience working in IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
Experience with Process Documentation, including ticket creation (Jira), Flowcharts (Gliffy, Visio etc), and write-Ups/Proof-Of Concepts (Confluence).
Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies, tools, and business process analysis techniques.
Ability to adapt communication style to technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
