Senior Architect - MDM @ Zensar

Job Description

12+ Years of Data and Analytics experience with minimum 6-8 Years in Data Architecture and Consulting , minimum 4 years in MDM , Data Management & Data Governance space and exposure/experience to any one cloud e.g Azure / AWS / GCP Data Cloud native services is desirable.

1. Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills

2. 8+ Years of experience in MDM space with minimum 4 yrs in development and Implementation of master data management using IBM MDM product suite and IBM Cloud Pak for DATA 4.7 advanced version

3. Strong experience in working in muti vendor environment-interviewing, group facilitation, challenging and reviewing design/ technical solutions as a SME.

4. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to advise, review and ensure (enterprise, solution, data, integration) architecture reflects organization standards and needs for transition and end state architecture

5. In-depth knowledge of IBM MDM architecture, data models, and configuration.

6. Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM Server, IBM InfoSphere MDM Advanced Edition, and related modules , IBM Cloud pak with knowledge Catalog , Quality Stage & Data stage

7. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration concepts

8. Familiarity with database technologies, especially those related to MDM implementations

9. Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations in MDM implementations.

10. Previous experience in implementing MDM solutions for specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail

11. Analyze and optimize the performance of IBM MDM solutions, addressing bottlenecks and recommending improvements.

12. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

13. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data stewards, data architects, and IT teams, to ensure successful MDM implementations

14. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

15. Relevant IBM certifications in MDM are a plus.
