Professional 2 Application Delivery @ Oracle

• Installation, configuration and deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1 and R12.2 versions.
• Work with developers and users to migrate objects and code between non production databases.
• Good working experience understanding of WebLogic Applications R12.2
• Knowledge on Concurrent Manager administration and tuning
• Good experience of ONLINE patching in Oracle EBS
• Responsible for cloning non-production EBS instances.
• Troubleshoot and help resolve Oracle Workflow issues.
• Effective troubleshooting of EBS and database performance issues.
• Apply patches to the EBS application and database.
• Design and build databases, schemas, stored procedures, and other database objects.
• Set up routine database backup procedures and disaster recovery procedures.
• Perform database backup recoveries using RMAN
• Exposure of cloud Migration
• Expertise in AWS cloud Services,Cloud Formation, RDS Databases, , AWS DMS SCT, Cloud Watch, CloudTrail, DBaaS/SaaS/IaaS
• Good understanding of Exadata Architecture
• Worked on oracle Exadata Cl**d@Cu*****r / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - Database creation , database maintenance , database patching , Grid patching from OCI
• OCI tool- DB creation termination in OCI console , dbasscli utility to patch , move Exacc instance

• Assist developers and end-users with database usage, query development, and tuning.
• Develop operating system scripts to automate backups, data transfers, monitoring, etc
• Support database connectivity from client applications.
• Design and implement database security schemas.
• Provides direction to less senior DBA s. Assists associate and intermediate DBAs with complex database tasks.
• Position will involve the database portion of various projects ranging from the installation of new packaged applications to the development of custom databases for in house developed applications. Project teams will be composed of multi-disciplinary teams including business analysts, systems analysts, programmers, and client users.
• Competent to work at the highest level of all phases of database administration.
• Have a good working experience in Oracle Core DBA Architecture, Backups/Recovery and Performance tuning exercise
• Experience in Coordinating and working with Clients to understand the business requirement and design the architecture, accordingly, resolve issues if any.
• Rich experience performing RDBMS software installation, database creation, database sizing, establishment of backup and recovery procedures and scripts, database performance tuning.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge ORACLE EBS R12 (R12.1/2)
• Must have a good understanding of Oracle Database 11g/12C.
• OCI Migration Experience: OCI tool- DB creation termination in OCI console , dbasscli utility to patch , move Exacc instance
• Good understanding and experience in administering Oracle databases in a UNIX or LINUX environment.
• UNIX/LINUX scripting knowledge is important.
• Thorough knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL will be add-on
• Knowledge of logical, physical, and data-warehouse modelling is desired.
