Job Description

Role & responsibilities

l Develop and manage agency channels for motor insurance products

l Recruit, train, and support agents to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets

l Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty

l Monitor performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives

l Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

l Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claim processes

l Identify new opportunities for motor insurance business growth

l 45 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with a focus on agency channel

l Strong understanding of motor insurance products and sales strategies

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

l Proven ability to manage agent relationships and drive results

l Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
