Job Description

The Education Coordinator for Secondary & Higher Secondary is responsible for overseeing and coordinating educational programs and initiatives for students in the secondary and higher secondary levels. This role involves working closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality education that meets academic standards and supports student growth and development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for secondary and higher secondary students. 2. Collaborate with teachers to design curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments that align with academic standards. 3. Monitor student progress and performance through data analysis and assessment tools. 4. Provide professional development opportunities for educators to enhance teaching practices. 5. Coordinate extracurricular activities, events, and workshops to enrich students" learning experiences. 6. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers. and students to foster a positive learning environment. 7. Stay updated on educational trends, policies, and best practices in secondary and higher secondary education. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred). 2. Previous experience in education coordination or related roles at the secondary or higher secondary level. 3. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment strategies, and educational technology. 4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 5. Organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and implementing educational programs. 6. Understanding of current trends in education policy and practices. The Education Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of students at the secondary and higher secondary levels by facilitating a supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
