Job Description

Hands on experience in executing SITC projects (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning)
Must have extensive knowledge in complete designing
Responsible for completing projects at multiple sites
Oversee and manage daily site operations
Hands on knowledge of Building Management System (BMS)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations
Monitor and manage site budgets and expenditures
Train and supervise site staff
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Resolve operational issues and emergencies
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
Ensure optimal utilization of site resources
Manage vendor and contractor relationships
Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
Good to have knowledge of electrical systems
Extensive travel involved
