We have exclusive marketing and recruitment rights of few Canadian Colleges located in Quebec to recruit students from India and other countries. We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Business Development Executive to perform as a College representative and advise / guide clients about their overseas study options, programs & our servicesJob Duties :- Represent as a Senior BDE of a Canadian College located in Quebec. Identify and shortlist potential associates who can recruit students for our College. Counsel students to understand their objectives and background and advice students about the programs / courses offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and fees involved Administering the admissions process & governing the admission of Undergraduate and Postgraduate students Providing specialist advice and guidance, to support prospective students, recruitment agents, at various stages of the application process and admissions cycle. Conduct training sessions for the recruitment agents and conduct seminars, spot assessment sessions / education fairs Ensure that the follow up is done regularly with the associates to ensure maximum penetration Give clear and accurate information based on the country's immigration policies and visa laws Proactively respond to client queries and adhering to the company's SOPs. Handle client queries via emails, telephone and 1-on-1 meetings, and communicating with clients regarding required documentation Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team.Required Candidate profile
Candidate should be able to contribute to the following tasks: Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student counselling, spot assessment sessions, admission publications, education fairs and information sessions / seminars, arrange orientation programs, educational workshops for students. Pre-requisites :- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skill in English Dynamic personality & self-motivated High on energy level, Good Convincing skills Sound knowledge of Canada overseas education admissions process / Cycle Ability and maturity to screen & evaluate the applications and take decisions fairly. 3-5 years of experience in the student recruitment industry / overseas education recruitment agency is must preferably catering to Canada Colleges / Universities The position requires an excellent understanding, and ideally experience, of the Canada education sector, Canada admissions process, Admissions criteria, Documentation work. Proven ability to engage with prospective students, recruitment agencies, schools, colleges and universities, business and professional organizations in India The candidate will be required to undertake frequent independent travel around India, periodic travel to the College campus for briefing and debriefingPerks and Benefits
