Job Description

3+ years experience in lead gen campaigns (email, ads, webinar)
Strong B2B marketing experience, email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
Ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) a plus
Skills for Campaign Conversion Optimization(Design, Content, User Empathy)
Excellent communication, teamwork, organization
Campaign Analytics (Google Analytics a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive high-quality leads across email, ads, and events
Manage email campaigns, including lead nurturing
Design and launch targeted ad campaigns
Develop landing pages and analyze campaign performance
Qualify leads for sales teams
Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and collaborate across departments
Report on campaign performance and results
