- Company Overview Foxtale is a D2C skincare brand funded by Matrix Venture Capitalists , KOSE and Kae Capital. Our products are created with a deep understanding of Indian women, their skincare needs and products they wish existed. Foxtale has become one of India's efficacious product brands with premiere lab trials across the globe. In the coming years our vision is to onboard innovative products that go beyond topical solutions and focus on improving skin health. Responsibilities Strategy Development : Develop and execute the product strategy to enhance user experiences across various use-cases User Experience : Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless user flows that enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Feature Prioritization : Identify and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact. Technical Coordination : Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensure timely delivery of features, and address technical challenges. Data-Driven Insights : Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive optimization efforts. Stakeholder Management : Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across different teams and senior management. Experience in sprint planning Qualifications 3-5 years work experience in product, preferably in startups / D2C space / Product Companies Experience in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services (ref:hirist.tech),
