Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhidham for a Deputy Manager Sales Marketing at CUL Shipping (India) Pvt. Ltd. The Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of all Sales & Marketing processes pertaining to business operations at CUL Shipping (India) Pvt. Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with international and local regulations, optimizing documentation/Operation/Account & Finance/Customer Service workflows, and leading a team to achieve high accuracy and efficiency in Sales & Marketing activities and serving our customers well. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Candidates must have at least 08 years of experience in the shipping or logistics industry, including a minimum of 02 years in a leadership role managing Sales & Marketing processes and teams. The candidate should have an extensive understanding of international and local shipping regulations and Indian customs/legal requirements/Local Market cliental base information/Seasonal Commodity movement & cargo flow trend. Proficiency in documentation management systems and Agency Management Software is essential, along with managing Sales & Marketing workflows and improving operational efficiencies.,
