We are hiring enthusiastic and committed individuals for a Voice Process role in a leading BPO. This is a full-time, contract-based opportunity for freshers who are eager to build their careers in customer service.
Handle inbound/outbound voice calls effectively in a 24/7 work environment.
Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain accuracy in communication (both verbal and written).
Follow all company protocols and schedules diligently.
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / 10+3 (Diploma).
Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
Excellent Communication Skills in English (Verbal & Written) Versant Level: VETI-4
Work Mode: Work From Office only.
Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts (6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off).
Freshers preferred.
Process: Voice (Inbound/Outbound)
Shift Type: Rotational (24/7 support environment)
Contract Duration: 6 months
