Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development, demonstrating extensive expertise.
  Expert-level knowledge in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot is mandatory.
  Proficient experience with SOAP/XML technologies and RESTful Web Services.
  Experience on custom functionality development using Spring/Wildfly and OpenJDK 11 technologies.
  Strong background in unit testing using JUnit or Mockito.
  Preferred experience in Banks/Payments industry, particularly with Credit Cards.
  Solid analytical skills and the ability to address both functional and non-functional requirements.
  Familiarity with modern development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  Proficient in using Jira for project management.
  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact directly with customer executives and architects.
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers in requirement and design discussions to ensure a thorough understanding of project needs.
  Address both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring comprehensive solutions.
  Execute general application development activities, encompassing unit testing, code review, deployment, and technical documentation.
  Contribute to the enhancement of the Payment Gateway Platform, transforming it into a Central Payments Service capability.
  Extend support across multiple project tracks, ensuring seamless integration of the developed features.
  Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  Uphold a commitment to quality by adhering to coding standards, best practices, and industry guidelines.
  Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant knowledge to project development.
  Foster a collaborative environment within the development team and actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes.
