    Job Requirements Job Requirements Job Description Job Title Associate Relationship Officer Place of work-Karnataka/Chhattisgarh/Odisha/Rajasthan/Gujarat/Madhya Pradesh/Andhra Pradesh Business Unit Retail Banking-Rural Banking Function- Rural Sales Job Purpose : The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to support Relationship Manager in identifying Business owners / entrepreneurs in the defined catchment and assessing their business loan needs. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage zoning activity to map household needs in villages and areas allocated - Conduct end-user checks as specified post disbursal of loans while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets - Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements - Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer - Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship - Nudge behavioral changes in customers to drive them towards online banking - Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive - Monitor preparation of accurate documentation of loans and saving account. - Coordinate with operations officer to ensure timely and accurate data entry - Ensure compliance as per the bank requirements - Conduct field audits and customer verifications to ensure high quality of accounts "-Maintain knowledge on all bank products, credit standards, services and trends and provide efficient customer services. -Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. Educational Qualifications: 12th Any Graduation-Any Post Graduation-Optional Experience: 0-1 years of relevant branch banking experience, freshers can apply.,
