HR Compliance Executive - Pune - Zensar - 2 to

Job Description

• Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
• Knowledge of Disciplinary actions such as Absconding, issuing Warning letter, Terminations etc.
• Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts/letters, employee leaves, and insurance)
• Knowledge of statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus, Labour welfare fund, Maternity Act , POSH act , Industrial dispute act etc all applicable for IT companies
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Handling administration of all contract labor Audits
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management under various Labour Act and apprentice act
• Manage operational activities as preparation of letters, responses notices etc.
• Any other HR operation related tasks
• Fair Knowledge of Excel
