Managing Network monitoring & operations using EMS tool.
Responsible for monitoring of adherence to defined SLA by vendors by making effective utilization of deployed EMS tools in SDC ..
Responsible for troubleshooting of any issues in the EMS SLA tools.
Review current EMS system and restructure the system to meet the needs of the SDC within capabilities within the capabilities of existing product
- Integrate monitoring mechanism with EMS system
- Coordinate with Operations engineers to ensure critical parameters of SDC are adequately monitored and responded to
- Develop SOP and sample runbooks, integrate it with EMS systems
- Develop review dashboards and provide CeG with deep insights regarding incidents and response time in each step Manage existing EMS Tools
- Managing and Supporting the Helpdesk System (tool) for daytoday operations and follow up for closure of all open tickets as per SLA.
- Do approved modifications, additions, deletions in Monitoring tool, ( Service Desk, Server/Network /Application Monitoring /AssetManagement/
Should be able to add, modify, delete any SLA configuration as per project requirement .
Should have experience on ISO and TPA management.
Should have experience in configuration of SLA parameters .
Preferred work exp in Manage Engine/ SM /OBM/NNMi.
Education Qualifications and Certifications:
B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MBA/MCA/M.Sc. (ECE/EEE/CS/IT) with 6+ years of experience and a minimum relevant experience of 2+ years in any OEM EMS/NMS tool with valid ITIL V4 certification.
Exp in EMS Tools ( Micro focus/Open Source tools/Manage Engine)
