We are seeking a seasoned Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with over 6 years of experience in US IT staffing, specializing in bench sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Tier 1 and Prime Vendors, demonstrating expertise in marketing bench consultants, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bench Consultant Marketing:
    • Market bench consultants to Tier 1 and Prime Vendors, ensuring timely placements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
    • Coordinate with consultants to understand their skills and preferences.
  • Requirement Sourcing & Submission:
    • Source job requirements from job portals, vendor portals, and networking sites.
    • Submit consultant profiles to vendors, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
    • Follow up with vendors for interview feedback and placement status.
  • Rate Negotiation & Documentation:
    • Negotiate pay rates with vendors and consultants.
    • Ensure all rate confirmations and agreements are documented and tracked.
  • Consultant Management:
    • Maintain a database of bench consultants, tracking their availability and skill sets.
    • Provide regular updates to management on consultant status and placements.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
    • Maintain daily and weekly status reports using MS Excel.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 6 years in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales.
    • Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Prime Vendors.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
    • Familiarity with visa classifications: H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Tools & Platforms:
    • Proficiency in job portals: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
    • Experience with vendor management systems and CRM tools.
  • Work Ethic:
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
