Job Description

• Able to collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize, research and provide educated recommendations for business improvement, solutions, and strategies
• Lead and define specialized projects that improve systems, enhance information flow and business strategies in a thoughtful and strategic way
• Expand the research platform including processes, products, and ability to positively impact the business.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to prepare detailed documents, presentations, graphs, and reports
• Strength in written and oral communications
• Strong financial & analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multi-task work environment
• Ability to work pro-actively and effectively within all levels of the organization
• Ability to develop rapport and buy-in with stakeholders
• Organized self-starter who shows great attention to detail
• Demonstrated professionalism and business acumen
• Ability to function and support an ever-changing work environment
• Experience and knowledge of the Real Estate Industry - Add on/preferable
