Job Description
As a Manager Branding you will:
- Conduct thorough analysis of our brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work collaboratively to shape and articulate the company's vision and mission.
- Ensure effective communication of these elements both internally and externally.
- Develop and implement strategic plans based on brand elements to achieve marketing
objectives. - Drive creative development initiatives to motivate the target audience to take action.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's messaging and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Strategically position the brand to appeal to high-value customers generating $500M+ in
revenue. - Identify opportunities to enhance the brand's image and value proposition for this segment.
- Devise and execute internal communication strategies to ensure alignment with the brand's
goals. - Foster a consistent and positive brand image among internal stakeholders.
- Communicate and align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.
- Ensure that all internal stakeholders understand and support the brand strategy.
Skills Required:
- 10+ years of Strong track record in brand management and marketing.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals working on brand initiatives.
- Utilized analytics to measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Assessed ROI and KPIs to optimize future strategies.
- Have Identified and implemented innovative growth strategies to enhance brand reach and impact.
