Position: Associate Director - Cloud Integration Services (Offshore Delivery)Location: Chennai, IndiaIndustry: IT and ServicesExperience Required: 15-20 years in delivery management, preferably in a large MNC with offshore project experienceTeam Size: 100-200 members Job Summary:
The Associate Director of Cloud Integration Services will lead our global cloud integration practice from India, overseeing a large offshore team. This role demands excellence in strategic planning, hybrid team leadership, and meet high standard offshore delivery excellenceKey Responsibilities:
Strategic Offshore Leadership: Develop and execute offshore integration strategies that align with global business objectives, ensuring efficient cross-border collaboration and communication.
Hybrid Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a large remote team, promoting a culture of inclusivity, continuous improvement, and high performance across different time zones.
Integration Architecture Design: Oversee the creation of robust integration architectures that support scalable, secure, and efficient application communication across global operations.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and team members across different cultures and geographies, adapting strategies to meet diverse operational and business needs.
Process Optimization: Leverage best practices in remote project management and agile methodologies to streamline integration processes and enhance system interoperability.Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record in leading offshore IT projects, with substantial experience in application integration, system architecture, and remote team leadership.
- Expertise in integration technologies (SOA, EAI, API management, middleware tools) and familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a remote team and manage cross-cultural dynamics effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in a remote work environment.
