Job Description

Collaborate with Business Partners:

Execute data vision strategy and provide thought leadership to business.
Develop analytical tools and capabilities to enable data query and respond to requests.

Deliver Advanced Analytics and Models:

Apply advanced statistical techniques (especially AB testing) and machine learning models.
Research new modeling methods and experiment designs.

Data Exploration:

Ingest, cleanse, and profile large structured and unstructured datasets.
Generate consumer insights from big data.

Data Visualization and Storytelling:

Use various tools/technologies to visualize and storyline insights
Recommend strategies in technical and non-technical language.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Proficiency in Python (2+ years) and SQL (3-4+ years).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (AWS).
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Masters degree in Data Science or related field.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Dash/Shiny frameworks, Git, Apache Airflow, and AWS SageMaker
