RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand the customer lifecycle, maintain intimate knowledge of our products and services, and exercise good judgment in responding to enquiries and concerns from leads and members clearly, patiently, and yet efficiently, whether via live chat, email, or phone
  • Nurture leads by proactively communicating with prospects and tastefully promoting the value of our services
  • Onboard new clients and guide them in getting the most out of Jodi365, curate matches for them, reach out to handpicked matches on their behalf, explore compatibility, and act as a trusted intermediary in the process
  • Support the client relations manager in cultivating strong relationships with clients, from first contact, and ensuring proper client service throughout their journey towards finding the right match
  • Record feedback from prospects, leads, and clients and provide timely and appropriate product and customer development input to the product, marketing, sales, and support teams
  • Remain current with new products/services/pricing as well as training, policy, and procedural updates
  • Assist management team in ensuring efficient progress of workflow and transforming business visions into reality
QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIREMENTS:
  • Genuine interest in helping our users as they go about what may be a life-changing experience
  • Strong reading comprehension and written/verbal communication skills (English)
  • Excellent knowledge of office productivity software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and relevant digital marketing tools
PREFERENCES:
  • At least one years experience in a customer-facing job
  • Fluent in at least one other Indian language, besides English
  • Ability to excel in a metrics-driven environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and practices
  • Experience with consumer-facing, interactive web sites or mobile apps
DESIRED SOFT SKILLS:
  • Team player with strong analytical and project management skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual who works well with deadlines
  • Willingness to learn, switch roles as necessary, and to roll up ones sleeves to get a job done
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
