Job Description

we are hiring customer care executive

Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English are required. The candidate should be proficient in

all three languages to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Sales Experience

Location Proximity

The candidate's home should be within a 20 Km radius of the office location. This requirement likely aims to

Educational Qualifications

A graduate degree or equivalent (12+3) is required (B.Tech is not allow). This means that candidates should

have completed at least a 3 year undergraduate program or its equivalent.

Basic Banking Knowledge

be preferred.

Basic Sales Knowledge

Office Shift Timing is 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and week off as per banking

holiday.

Second and Four Saturday is week off as per business requirement.

Public holiday is week off as per business requirement.
