FATBTL-Java, Spring Boot, Jenkins, Docker. The role is for a Software Engineer with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- The role is for a Software Engineer with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Application Development and Maintenance & support experience
- The candidate must have past experience of working as a part of large Development / Support team
- The role will also involve all aspects of the Application development, M&E activities and to provide L3 support ticket resolutions
- The candidate should have an understanding of full software life cycle (SDLC) as well as Agile Methodology
- Previous experience within the investment banking sector is not essential but will be an added advantage
- Contributing Responsibilities Technical & Behavioral Competencies Excellent Knowledge & Understanding of JAVA (Struts, Spring and Angular (added advantage), Unix, Oracle and SQL
Good Knowledge of Unix Server environment & platforms Good Knowledge & Understanding of TOMCAT, Eclipse and Bit bucket. Flair for learning new tools & technology Knowledge of AUTOSYS, SONAR, Artifactory and Jenkin will be an added advantage but not critical Knowledge of tools like WinSCP, Putty, dev-ops will be an added advantage but not critical Specific Qualifications (if required) - Release Management exposure - Change management process - Stakeholder coordination & management
