Designation: Dormant Account Opener

CTC- up to-4 LPA + incentive + Other benefit

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients with inactive trading accounts and provide information on reactivating their accounts.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and fulfilling regulatory requirements for account reactivation.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and account reactivation progress.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns regarding account reactivation.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the stock market or financial industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of account reactivation procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- NISM 8 is mandatory.
- Graduation is must.
