Job Description

Designation: Manager - Operations.

Employment Type:  Full Time 

Job Location: Mumbai (Kemps corner).

Job Description:

  • Plan efficient administrative operations, client appointment scheduling systems & processes, supervise
    front desk to ensure daily support operations.
  • Ensure implementation of established service standards & ensure consistent and high quality delivery of
    services at all times
  • Ensure all contracts, records and other documents are documented in accordance with agency &
    regulatory standards
  • Supervise and ensure all client records are maintained on the portal as well as in client files
    Support in development of operational processes & schedules for part time consulting professionals and
    therapists
  • Continuously improve on the service delivery standards and SOPs for centre operations.
  • Monitor accuracy of client records & ensure that all the records are completed within the deadlines
  • Track and maintain MIS for daily reports, client appointments, inflow of fees to be sent to management on
    a timely basis.
  • Client acquisition as targets for the specific centre in collaboration with marketing, events, front office.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for infrastructure, AMCs, equipment etc. as may be needed
    by/ for the centre.
  • Oversee facilities and ensure that infrastructure is maintained.
  • Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on centre projects, progress, status or other
    special reports for management.
  • Prepares budget proposals and recommendations and establishes a budget control system for controlling
    expenditures; controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business plan for the centre and
    achieving the companys sales goals.
  • P & L ownership - Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
  • Monthly planning on footfall target based on the data for calling as per the target given along with the
    execution plan.
  • To prevent lapse in Quality compliance to ensure closure on non-conformance raised during
    Quality/Compliance audits.
  • Setting department targets & goals in coordination with the HOD.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and increase of footfalls to the centre.
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget
    setting and strategic planning.
  • Data Management and Reporting - End to end activity, financial and client reporting for the centre.
