POSITION TITLE Pre-Primary Coordinator REPORTS TO Principal JOB DESCRIPTION Observing lessons of teachers at least twice in a year, maintaining records and arranging for training programs as required Providing regular feedback to the teaching staff regarding correction and curriculum-related issues. Developing and mentoring the teachers/Lead Teachers through the feedback mechanism and ensuring their retention and engagement Developing potential successors by identifying, developing and retaining high performing teachers/Lead Teachers Managing retention and engagement of all staff Euro Junior & Euro Senior Creating a cooperative school-parent relationship and facilitating the participation of parents related to the education of their children. Effectively handle parent concerns as and when escalated by the concerned stakeholders Maintain effective communication with students, staff and parents.
