Join our global AWS Center of Excellence (CoE) as a Principal Solution Architect, leading cloud migration initiatives for clients worldwide. Leverage your expertise to design and implement tailored solutions, collaborate with regional teams, and drive technical conversations with clients, shaping the future of digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients globally as part of the AWS Center of Excellence (CoE) to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and existing infrastructure for successful migration to AWS cloud. Lead and conduct comprehensive cloud migration assessments utilizing AWS methodologies and best practices to evaluate workloads, applications, and infrastructure readiness for migration. Design end-to-end cloud migration solutions tailored to. diverse client needs across different regions, considering scalability, security, and performance, in alignment with global AWS CoE standards. Leverage expertise in AWS migration assessment frameworks such as AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and AWS Migration Readiness Assessment (MRA) to evaluate technical feasibility, risks, and opportunities for migration. Utilize knowledge of AWS migration tools and services to automate assessment processes and generate actionable insights for clients, adhering to global AWS CoE guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the global AWS CoE and GDC to develop migration strategies based on assessment findings, considering factors such as cost optimization, compliance, and performance. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the migration lifecycle for global projects, from assessment and planning to execution and optimization, while adhering to global AWS CoE standards and best practices. Work closely with regional teams to provide technical enablement, support, and mentorship, assisting them in conducting effective tech conversations with clients and ensuring alignment with global AWS CoE initiatives. Support regional teams in addressing technical challenges, providing expertise, and facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance their capabilities in delivering AWS cloud solutions. Stay updated on AWS services, best practices, and industry trends applicable to diverse regions to provide guidance and support to regional teams within the global AWS CoE network. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, with a focus on AWS services. Proven track record of leading successful cloud migration projects on a global scale, including re-platforming, re-hosting, and refactoring strategies. Strong knowledge and experience in conducting cloud migration assessments using AWS methodologies and frameworks such as AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and AWS Migration Readiness Assessment (MRA), in alignment with global AWS best practices. In-depth understanding of AWS migration tools and services for assessment automation and insights generation, adhering to AWS best practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different regions and within the global AWS CoE & GDC. Experience in providing technical enablement and support to regional teams, facilitating tech conversations with clients, and driving alignment with global CoE initiatives. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Pro, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred
