Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior MERN Stack Developer with a specialization in AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing full-stack web applications using the MERN stack and a deep understanding of AWS cloud services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and drive innovation in a fast-paced Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. Architect, deploy, and manage complex applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, establish technical roadmaps, and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices for software development and AWS cloud architecture. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve. technical issues across the application stack and infrastructure components. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance product features and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript development and the MERN stack. Proven expertise in deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and CloudFormation. Deep understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex issues across multiple layers of the application stack. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
